Last night...

St. Nicholas visited! Before we went to bed, we set out P's shoes

When I came downstairs to get P up, there were surprises!!

I had not heard of celebrating  St. Nicholas' Day before Andy and I started dating, so this is a new tradition we are starting with Peighton. With his family, they grew up putting their shoes outside their doors in hopes that St. Nicholas would pay a visit. Andy's mom, er, St. Nic, would leave underwear, socks, pjs and maybe something sweet. We will follow suite and then P will have her stocking filled on Christmas Eve from Santa :)
